We offer Altesa, a phosphate-free powder that dissolves easily, even in chilled water. Altesa whitens, rehydrates and tenderizes seafoods for improved appearance and freshness in end-user applications. We also distribute Cafodos, a liquid additive that is phosphate-free and made from natural and safe citric acids and salts. The product, when mixed with water, provides a preventative action against microbiological growth in all types of seafood.
